These terms govern your use of Lovr. They’re written to actually be read: if anything is unclear, write to us.
1. Purpose
Lovr is a mobile app for building confidence and communication skills in your love life. It is published by HyperAddict LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of [STATE], USA, [ADDRESS]. By creating an account, you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
2. Access to Lovr
- Lovr is for people aged 18 and over.
- The assessment is free. The modules, the 30-day path, the missions and the AI coach are part of the subscription.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the information you enter.
3. What Lovr is, and isn’t
Lovr offers lessons, missions and a coach to help you improve. We don’t promise any outcome: a connection always takes two people.
The coach is an artificial intelligence, not a person. It can be wrong, and its answers are suggestions, not certainties. Lovr is not a substitute for a professional in health or mental health care. If you’re going through a hard time or feel unsafe, contact a professional or your local emergency services.
4. Respecting others
Lovr teaches you to approach people sincerely, never to manipulate them. You agree to use the app and its advice with respect for the consent of the people you meet. You may not use Lovr to harass, deceive, threaten or harm anyone, or to produce illegal content. The coach may refuse requests of that kind.
5. Subscription and free trial
- Plans, prices and the length of the trial are shown in the app before any purchase.
- Payment is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), through your account with them.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
- Nothing is charged during the free trial. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the first payment is taken on the date shown in the app.
- Cancel anytime from Profile › Manage or cancel, or in your Apple or Google Play account settings. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s rules and must be requested from them.
- Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription: cancel it first.
6. Using the AI coach
To keep the service available to everyone, messages to the coach are limited per minute and per month. The monthly limit resets on the 1st of each month. The coach never asks for photos and never comments on anyone’s looks.
7. What you write
You own what you write in Lovr. You only allow us to use it to run the service: saving your progress, personalizing your path and letting the coach reply to you. You can export or delete everything at any time.
8. Intellectual property
The lessons, missions, texts, illustrations, the Lovr brand and the app itself are protected. You may use them personally within the app, but not copy, resell or distribute them.
9. Suspension and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the app or from the website. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, especially section 4, after warning you except in urgent cases.
10. Liability
We do our best to keep Lovr running without interruption, but we can’t guarantee it. We aren’t responsible for the decisions you make or for your exchanges with other people. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
11. Changes
If these terms change significantly, we’ll let you know in the app before the change takes effect.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], USA. If you live in a country that gives you stronger consumer protections, such as in the European Union, those protections still apply. If we disagree, write to us first at contact@lovrapp.com: we always look for an amicable solution. If you live in the European Union, you can also use the consumer mediation service [MEDIATOR NAME AND CONTACT DETAILS] free of charge.
