You can delete your Lovr account and all your data at any time, with or without the app. It’s permanent: nothing can be recovered.
1. From the app (the fastest way)
- Open Lovr and go to Profile.
- Tap My data.
- Tap Delete my account, then Delete permanently.
Deletion is immediate. To keep a copy, first tap Export my data.
2. Without the app
Don’t have the app anymore, or can’t sign in? Make your request here with your account’s email address. We’ll send you a confirmation link, then your account is deleted within [7] days.
You can also write to support@lovrapp.com from your account’s email address, with the subject “Account deletion”.
3. What gets deleted
- Your account and profile.
- Your assessment and its results.
- Your written exercises, missions and path.
- Your entire conversation history with the AI coach.
We keep nothing, except what the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires: [DATA KEPT AND FOR HOW LONG, OR “NONE”].
4. Your subscription
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription, which is managed by Apple or Google. Cancel it first in the app (Profile › Manage or cancel) or in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
